Policies & Procedures


Arrival
Please plan to arrive on time to your reservation. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Services
Please let us know prior to your appointment if you have long and/or thick hair, or if you want a vivid color (pink, blue, purple, etc.) Thanks! If we do not know this information ahead of time, we may have to reschedule the appointment. 

Cancellations / No Shows
We would appreciate 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. We greatly appreciate your punctuality.Clients who fail to show for appointments multiple times without a 24 hours notice may be asked to pre-pay for future services, or to reserve their future appointment with a credit card.

Staff Selections/ Changes
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member - or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view - please let us know!

Bridal Services
All bridal parties will be required to provide credit card information in order to reserve time for their services. Neglect to cancel appointments within 72 hours of the reserved time will result in a 50% service charge to the credit card provided. We can open early or stay open later than business hours up to 1 hour for no additional charge. Opening earlier or staying open later than 1 hour may result in a 10% service charge.


Gift Certificates
Please see the "Gift Certificates" page for information on our gift cards/certificates. 


Product Returns
Defective or disliked products may be exchanged for product of equal value, or salon credit. Appliances can be exchanged for product of equal value within 30 days if returned in the original packaging. After 30 days, or without original packaging, return the appliance as instructed by the paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept products or appliances for return after 30 days. No cash refunds.


Unsatisfactory Experience
If we did not provide you with the service you expected from us, contact us within 72 hours to let us know.
